This program is comprised of two, 8-week modules, designed to help Anchor leaders grow in their
effectiveness. Additionally, this program facilitates Anchor members to directly provide effective
training for their own volunteers and staff.

Two modules, totaling 16 weeks of training, constitute the complete Leadership Development Course.
Course Certificates will be presented at the Anchor Annual Conference.

Purposes of This Program:

1. To provide a quality, leadership development course allowing personal and ministry growth
opportunities for Anchor members and their teams.
2. To provide relational connections and support:
a. Between participants themselves.
b. Between participants and facilitators.
c. Between participants and Anchor Members by offering free registration at Regional
Meetings, Grow Days, and the Annual Anchor Conference.

3. To provide Anchor the opportunity to come alongside men and women in ministry, and see them
fully engaged, thriving, and walking in all that God has for them in their ministry.
4. To promote and showcase Anchor Ministerial Fellowship to ministers and workers in the Next
Generation, so that others may benefit from the Anchor Family experience!
